Terms and Conditions for Pro Mobile

1. Introduction

Welcome to Pro Mobile Repairs (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services at our physical location (25/B Chandni Chowk Street, Kolkata-700072, Chandni Arcade Market, 2nd Floor Shop No. 221) and our website https://promobilerepairs.in. By availing our services, you agree to comply with these terms.

2. Services Offered

We provide:

  • Hardware repairs for all mobile brands

  • Genuine/OEM parts replacement

  • Software troubleshooting & OS support

  • Diagnostic services

  • Water damage restoration

  • Battery replacement

3. Device Assessment & Estimates

  • Free initial diagnostics are provided for identifiable issues.

  • Final repair costs may vary after full assessment.

  • A written estimate will be provided before commencing paid repairs.

4. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Backup all data before submitting your device.

  • Disable passcodes, Find My iPhone, or similar security features.

  • Disclose prior repairs or modifications.

  • Remove cases, SIM cards, and accessories.

  • Collect repaired devices within 30 days (storage fees apply thereafter).

5. Data Loss & Privacy

  • We are not responsible for data loss during repairs. Backup your device beforehand.

  • We do not access, copy, or store personal data unless required for software repairs (with written consent).

  • Storage media (e.g., drives) may be wiped during repairs.

6. Parts & Warranty

  • Parts Warranty: 90 days on replaced parts (excludes physical damage or liquid exposure). T and C apply.

  • Labor Warranty: 30 days on workmanship. T and C apply.

  • Warranty voids if:

    • Device is tampered with by third parties.

    • Damage results from misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.

    • Original replaced part is not returned for claim validation.

7. Payment & Pricing

  • Payment is due upon device collection.

  • We accept cash, UPI, and major credit/debit cards.

  • Prices are subject to change based on part availability and diagnostic findings.

  • A 50% deposit may be required for high-value repairs.

8. Unclaimed Devices

  • Devices unclaimed for >60 days will be considered abandoned.

  • We reserve the right to dispose of or sell abandoned devices to recover costs (after 3 written reminders).

9. Liability Limitations

  • We are not liable for:

    • Pre-existing conditions unrelated to the repair.

    • Loss of functionality due to manufacturer restrictions.

    • Consequential damages (e.g., lost profits).

  • Total liability for any claim is limited to the repair cost paid.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on https://promobilerepairs.in (logos, text, images) is our exclusive property. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

These terms are governed by Indian law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.

12. Amendments

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of revised terms.
